We take a novel approach to the development of any EMS involving members of staff and adopt a “bottom up” methodology. The approach includes tuition for the staff involved in the development work to ensure that the system is understood and used long after we have finished our work. The processes used are under constant review using contacts we have with academics at world renown universities around the world. |

Pre-Certification EMS “Health Checks” |

Using our experience gained from certification audits, we are able to provide a cost effective pre-certification “health-check” to assess whether your EMS is capable of certification before you invite the certification auditors to assess it. The report will provide an independent assessment and advice on any improvements that will help improve the EMS. |
